While my background in the biological sciences grounds me in meticulous observation, my artistic practice is deeply intuitive. I divide my creative focus between two distinct canvases: the raw, three-dimensional forms of handcrafted gourd art, and the bold, heavily layered expressions of contemporary acrylic painting.
